Federal and International Solutions

International (non-US) Airport Solutions

GCR developed its AirportIQ Suite of systems to operate effectively in multiple languages and across multiple types of databases.  The system is built around Microsoft .NET technology, which allows the user interfaces to be modified for different languages without affecting the basic operation of the functions.

Because of distinct business and operational differences between U.S. and foreign airports, GCR provides a customized version of its Airport Business Manager (ABM) revenue management system to manage tenant agreements, aeronautical activities, billings, and accounts receivables functions specifically for non-U.S. airports.

ABM is also configured to be easily integrated with other airports systems, such as common use check-in and Airport Operational Databases (AODB), for automated aeronautical billings.  Integration with the airport Building Management System allows users to automatically collect meter reading data for billing utility costs to airport tenants.  This approach frees staff from manually entering billing data and makes more time available for analytical work.

ABM is used to invoice for all types of operating revenue, including:

  • Landing fees
  • Aircraft parking
  • Other aeronautical services, such as use of passenger boarding bridges, security services, push back service, tug service, follow-me service, etc.
  • Space rentals
  • Concession billing
  • Utilities
